Tammy has expertise in human resources strategies, talent acquisition, employee performance management, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations, retention, investigations and employment law compliance. Tammy has a B.S. in Psychology from Boise State University. She also holds a SHRM-CP, CPHR (Canada) and CIWCS (Idaho)
