ADA Overview for Supervisors

Description: This training provides a high-level overview of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for supervisors and other leaders. Participants will gain a clear understanding of what the ADA requires, how the process works, and their role in recognizing and elevating potential accommodation needs. Learn how to support compliance and reduce risk without taking on responsibility for managing the ADA process.
