This course is open to all sworn or non-sworn Command Level Supervisors, or above, in any division of Law Enforcement or related public service agency personnel.

Presented through a combination of classroom lecture and discussion, this 4-hour course will provide both executive and command level attendees with the Civil Liability legal updates that will aid them in making both law enforcement decisions and guiding their agency through the ever-changing civil liability judgements.

This course has been approved for 40 hours of POST training credit.

Chad served 23 years in Idaho law enforcement. As a commander, he achieved Advanced Patrol and Level III Detention certificates. At ICRMP, Chad trains law enforcement personnel with the highest level POST-certified training available to law enforcement and offers 30 state-wide certified classes. He also assists agencies in developing their own certified training departments.
