Riot Control and Fundamental Field Techniques for SRT/SRT Teams

This course is open to all sworn Patrol and Detention personnel in both Sheriff’s Offices and Police Departments.

Attendees can expect a hands-on learning environment to include discussion and training where application of laws will be attached directly to real life use of force training. Current case laws will be reviewed, with each discipline instructed. Attendees will be training using force techniques demonstrated and will demonstrate competencies through observed physical interactions with fellow students.

  • Graham v Conner
  • Idaho Code 19-601
  • Idaho Code 19-602
  • Idaho Code 19-610
  • ARCON Techniques

Attendees will need to be in attire conducive to rolling on mats, being taken down in training exercises and restrained. Bring your cell extraction gear and equipment for this training.

At ICRMP, Chad trains law enforcement personnel with the highest level POST-certified training available to law enforcement and offers 30 state-wide certified classes. He also assists agencies in developing their own certified training departments.
