Tim Osborne is the Executive Director of ICRMP and has been with the program since 1998. Tim graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Washington State University in 1990 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1993. Tim also holds the insurance designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
