He concentrates his practice in the area of cyber security and regularly guides clients through security incident investigations\, analysis of notification requirements\, communications\, and\, if necessary\, responding to regulatory inquiries and litigation. He advises clients on security breach notification laws and other U.S. state and federal data security requirements. Matt regularly conducts and facilitates cyber tabletop exercises designed to test the incident response team’s ability to manage and respond to data breaches.
