Legal requirements regarding inmate rights will be discussed with an emphasis on the 1st\, 4th\, 5th\, 6th\, 8th\, and 14th Amendments.  \nTopics covered will include:  \n\nConstitutional Law \nRights vs Privileges \nDue Processes w/Grievances \nRights guaranteed \n8th Amendment guarantees \nFederal Laws\nState Laws \nDeputy applications \n\n Please plan to attend this training\, as this will be a great training for both the newer officers and those already in supervisory roles. \n This course has been approved for 2 hours of POST training credit.  \n For more information or to register\, please contact Chad Sarmento csarmento@icrmp.org \n\n		\n			\n				\n			\n			\n		 \n		\n			Chad served 23 years in Idaho law enforcement.
