Focus will be given to both proper communication with peers and suspect/inmates. \nTopics will include: \n\nFederal employment law\nTeamwork\nCommunication skills\nCoaching Employees\nProblem Employees\nConflict Management\nCivil liability\nReporting requirements\n\nThis course has been approved for 2 hours of POST training credit. \nFor more information or to register\, please contact Chad Sarmento @ csarmento@icrmp.org \n\n		\n			\n				\n			\n			\n		 \n		\n			Chad served 23 years in Idaho law enforcement. As a commander\, he achieved Advanced Patrol and Level III Detention certificates. At ICRMP\, Chad trains law enforcement personnel with the highest level POST-certified training available to law enforcement and offers 30 state-wide certified classes. He also assists agencies in developing their own certified training departments.
