Legal duties regarding inmate supervision will be discussed with an emphasis on recognition of medical emergencies and proper response to them. \nTopics covered will include: \n\nDeliberate Indifference\nEstelle Decision\nConstitutional Law\nIdaho Codes\nMedical emergencies\nLikely symptoms encountered\nSuicidal inmates\nEmergency transportation\n\nThis is one of the popular classes for both new detention staff members\, and those that that support them through dispatch services.
