DESCRIPTION:Detailed Course Information: Link \nThis course is open to all sworn or non-sworn Command Level Supervisors\, or above\, in any division of Law Enforcement or related public service agency personnel. \nThe POST certified course has received EXCELLENT reviews from those who have attended it!! \nPresented through a combination of classroom lecture and practical exercises\, this 5-day course will provide students with principles and techniques that will help them become successful supervisors. \nTopics will include: \n\nManagement Styles\nTeamwork\nMotivating Employees\nCoaching Employees\nProblem Employees\nConflict Management\nPreformance Evaluations\nEmployee Discipline\nCivil Liability\nFMLA/ADA issues\n\nThis course has been approved for 40 hours of POST training credit. \n\n		\n			\n				\n			\n			\n		 \n		\n			Chad served 23 years in Idaho law enforcement. As a commander\, he achieved Advanced Patrol and Level III Detention certificates. At ICRMP\, Chad trains law enforcement personnel with the highest level POST-certified training available to law enforcement and offers 30 state-wide certified classes. He also assists agencies in developing their own certified training departments.
