DESCRIPTION:Detailed Course Information: Link \nThis course is open to all sworn Patrol and Detention personnel in both Sheriff’s Offices and Police Departments. \nAttendees can expect a range discussion where both Federal and State of Idaho laws will be presented for review regarding the use of deadly force. DESCRIPTION:Course Information \nThe Supervisor Training Series (STS) is designed for anyone who supervises people.  We will focus on the foundation skills needed as a supervisor.  The Supervisor Training Series consists of 3 parts.  Each part consists of 3 individual classes.  Classes are interactive and include hands-on practice with real employment scenarios.  \n Part 3  \n\nEmployee Reviews & Evaluations\nDisciplinary Action\nTermination Prep  \n\n\n		\n			\n				\n			\n			\n		 \n		\n			Tammy has expertise in human resources strategies\, talent acquisition\, employee performance management\, training and development\, records management\, safety and health\, succession planning\, employee relations\, retention\, investigations and employment law compliance. Tammy has a B.S. in Psychology from Boise State University. She also holds a SHRM-CP\, CPHR (Canada) and CIWCS (Idaho).\n		\n			\n		\n	\n
