SUMMARY:Spring Fever: Weed\, Pest & Mosquito Operations - Best Practices
DESCRIPTION:This webinar gives tips on getting ready for the season\, maintenance schedules\, common risks like drifts and overspray\, certification\, chemical labels and customer service.\nGuest Presenter is Adam Schroeder from Ada County.  Adam has served as Director for Ada County Weed\, Pest and Mosquito Abatement since July of 2017. Previous to his appointment\, he managed the Noxious Weeds and Invasive Species programs at the Idaho State Department of Agriculture. He has also worked as a pesticide investigator and technical writer\, and managed large-scale landscape maintenance and construction divisions. He is an International Association of Arboriculture Certified Arborist\, and holds a BA and a Technical Certificate from Boise State University. \n\n		\n			\n				\n			\n			\n		 \n		\n			Kelly has a wealth of knowledge related to all things Risk. She spent 16 years as the Ada County Risk Manager\, as well as their ADA Coordinator. She holds her Associate in Risk Management designation along with being a licensed adjuster in Idaho. Kelly is well versed in both property and liability insurance risks\, along with an expert at workers compensation.
