As a commander\, he achieved Advanced Patrol and Level III Detention certificates. At ICRMP\, Chad trains law enforcement personnel with the highest level POST-certified training available to law enforcement and offers 30 state-wide certified classes. He also assists agencies in developing their own certified training departments.
