DESCRIPTION:Detailed Course Information: Link \nThis course is open to all sworn Patrol and Detention personnel in both Sheriff’s Offices and Police Departments. \nThis is a new POST class in which the focus will be on reviewing a Use of Force incident from a supervisor perspective\, noting training concerns\, consideration of discipline for improper use\, and communication utilizing force review forms. \nAttendees can expect a workshop discussion and training\, where application of laws will be attached directly to real life use of force events caught on body cameras.
