SUMMARY:Workplace Violence Awareness
DESCRIPTION:This workplace violence prevention training looks into the different types of workplace violence situations and how to recognize potential warning signs and triggers that may lead to those situations. We will teach learners how to respond to and de-escalate interactions with angry customers. \nParticipate in interactive scenarios. Bring your questions! She spent 16 years as the Ada County Risk Manager\, as well as their ADA Coordinator. She holds her Associate in Risk Management designation along with being a licensed adjuster in Idaho. Kelly is well versed in both property and liability insurance risks\, along with an expert at workers compensation.\n		\n			\n		\n
